FOOD question from the clothing exchange!!!

I was wondering who brought those cinnamon things...they reminded me of the things i use to get from taco bell.....they were so good!!!!!!!!!! does anyone know the recipe and who brought them

Heather, I brought those. I get wonton skins from the WalMart Neighborhood store (in the produce section by the tofu). I was going to use egg roll wrappers instead since they are bigger, but they were out of them the day I shopped. I haven't been able to find wonton skins at all at Kroger's yet. My Fry Daddy has Canola Oil in it. Canola Oil is terrific in that it helps with our Vitamin E levels (which was low for me at my last check-up). I cut the wonton skins in strips (4 per skin). Then I deep fry them. I drain them in a strainer and pat off any excess oil. In a bowl, I mixed Splenda and Cinnamon...then sprinkled this onto the fried skins. I also had some done with 'powder sugar'...mix splenda & cornstarch in the blender for ~minute. I liked the cinnamon ones the best. Glad you liked them!  Sherri
