Hello ALL & hope to see ya at the exchange!

What to bring, what to bring... Hmmm..well, for a 'savory' di****hink I'm bringing a 15 bean soup with turkey. It should be a high protein comfort food that our pouches will enjoy. And you know me, I don't do savory without doing 'sweet'. I haven't decided which recipe I want to try out this time yet. Clothes-wise, I don't have any at all to bring. Hopefully, I'll have several at the next one though. Until my surgery though, I need all of my elastic-waisted pants....and I'm afraid to get rid of any of my zip-ups.  Before I had my plastics, I wore size 10's..and a few 8's. I've lost +25 pounds since then but because of my 'baby' (the hernia), I can't even get any of them zipped up. Now...what I am REALLY bringing....My gift of gab! I can't wait to see all my buddies! Dawn..it has been forever! Gail...I am REALLY looking forward to seeing you! Ellen...welcome home and I want to hear all about the mountains!  The list could go on & on!!! I am so looking forward to seeing all my friends..and to meeting new ones!!!! Sherri Eluca....would you consider making a pot of gizzard stew????

Howdy y'all....NOt sure if I will be there or not...have to be in INdy at 11:30pm to pick my son up at the airport and that is a long time to find something to do inbetween the exchange and the airport...who knows..I might surprise y'all! I so wish i could be there. ilove reading the post from you all. sherry you have so much wisdom you inspire me to learn more and even though youve had a hard time you are so upbeat and there for everyone. Dawn you are great doing this for everyone and you too are there for evryone. Lachelle you are so funny i love to read your post and i know how mentally challenging your job is. Ulisha i will be in your shoes in june and im scared to death ive never been away from my dh accept for the 2 weeks. anyways i wonna thank everyone on this board for their inspiration without i think i would have quit fighting along time go thank you so much and enjoy your new clothes...

I may be there depending on how I'm feeling. I have nooo idea on what to bring though. I thought bout some bottled water if theres not a lot of people bringing that???

Actually I think I'll probally bring a meat/cheese tray or something.. we will see..
