Well hello to all my OH family. It's been a little bit since I posted and just wanted to let you all know that I am doing really good. I am 2 weeks out now and I have gone from 240 to 207. WOW I can't beleive that I have gone down that fast. It's just so surreal. Well I hope that all is well with everyone. Will post again soon.
