My surgery is scheduled for 7:30 am Thursday Morning at Norton Suburban Hospital in Louisville, KY.
Here is the address and phone number to the direct line to the hospital. Also, if you would call the hospital, please make sure to ask for Mary Rick, since I go by my middle name. Mary is all they will know me as! LOL
