1st grandchild born on Christmas Day!!

My 1st grandchild was born Dec.25th @ 8:48am in Ny,Ny. I have only gotten to see photos so fra since they are so far away!! I cant wait to see him, Xander Michael.

Congrats! It's so wonderful being a grandmother!! My son's birthday is December 14th...close enough to Christmas that he envied his sisters June birthday. Too many times, relatives (my mother!!) would take one of his Christmas gifts & give it to him as his birthday present so he felt cheated out of having a birthday celebration all of his own. We started having a summer pool party each year to celebrate mine, his, and his sister's birthdays. That way at least he felt like his birthday got equal attention as his sister's did. I hope you get to see little Xander very soon. Thank goodness for technology that allows us to send pics, huh? Sherri
