A yummy and easy dessert

This has some goofy name like Suprise Dessert or something strange. I just call it yummy and easy! lol 2 boxes SF instant chocolate pudding (it has to be instant) saltine crackers 1 container SF Cool Whip Mix the pudding according to directions. Layer the bottom of a glass baking dish with crackers. Pour half of the pudding over the crackers. Layer more crackers on top of pudding. Pour the remaining pudding on top of this layer. Top with cool whip. Cover this with saran wrap and refridgerate for at least 24 hours (longer is better). The crackers break down and becomes like pie dough or phyllo dough. This is soooo good. And so easy too. That is my kind of cooking. lol
