Popcorn question
Good question but I would say probably should not eat that much. I could do the same thing with some foods at 3 months out but realized I was eating it just because I could not because I needed the food or felt hungry. When I overeat know I get very full feeling and have to walk to be able to get rid of that feeling. WalMart is always a good place for me to walk it off and hopefully be where not many people are. The gas can be a REAL PROBLEM at times.
Remeber we want to learn to eat because of hunger or need the nutrition not just to eat because we want to.

The mini bag you're talking about only contains a cup or two of popped corn. Popcorn mushes down to almost nothing as you chew so it's not out of the realm of possibility that your pouch can hold it all. Just remember that it is not a source of protein and is just empty calories and those calories are in the form of carbs and fats. Air-popped corn is the only really healthy way to eat popcorn.
