You are more than welcome for it, Janene. I made some Sunday and I am still eating it for lunch and dinner. I put some Mexican cheese on it, I eat them on a plate and not a shell, and they are so good. Bill told me that I need to put some BAM! in them. But when I make something to spicy then his heartburn starts up and he won't eat any more. Who knows - we are talking about a man! I will get some more for you too. Did I share the cracker dessert one? I can't remember. Let me know and if not then I will post it.

Crock Pot Chicken Fajitas 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 packet taco seasoning mix 1 can fat free refried beans 1 jar thick and chunky salsa You put the chicken in the bottom of a crock pot. Sprinkle on taco seasoning. I add some thinly sliced onions on here if  you want to. Put the refried beans on the seasoning and spread out with a spoon. Pour the jar of salsa over this. Cook on high or low. After they are done shred the chicken with a fork and add cheese on top and melt.  Hope you like them. We really think they are good and they are full of protein.

Thanks Brenda...post that cracker dessert one!

Missy~ I found some vidalia onion salad dressing and I brush some of that on salmon and bake it. I am not a fish lover ...so I only eat Salmon and orange roughy.  The orange roughy I just spice it up with some cajun spice and then squeeze lemon juice on it before I eat it.  I also like to use lemon pepper to season fish before I bake it.
