Sunday Morning Shout Out

Morning Everyone,  Well, we ended up with 9" of snow & 3 " of ice under it! It was a real mess driving home last night-first rain,sleet,ice & then heavy snow as we got closer to home. I opted to stay in today- didn't make it to church so opted to watch Joel Olsteen; he is so good & uplifting, & am now listening to carols on the cd.    I got Amy the new Josh Grogan one and am soooo tempted to open it & play it!!!! We both love classical music-must have been cause the girls listened to alot of oldies & classical music while growing up. Pavarati is one of the girls favs. I have the 3 Tenors playing now, look out, I might break out in song!   Mariah, that reciepe sounds yummy- I will definately try it. Our friends we are spending the holidays with love key lime pie, won't that surprise them? Also, the Chicken Fajhita reciepe sounds yummo- keep sharing those reciepes gals!!!! Oh, did I tell ya we are going to Fairfield Bay,Ak. for Christmas? We will be traveling 1 day then there 4 days- we share new reciepes,play games,read,watch sappy movies,and just relax. It is so good to have wonderful friends that are like family to us. I love Brenda's plaque-"Friends are chosen family"~~ that is my new motto, & I believe it!We couldn't go thru life without them/you all. Dana just came in from shoveling out our walkway-he said it is blowing like crazy & he couldn't tell whether it is snowing still, or just blowing-so be careful everyone,k? BRRRR is really all I can say today. I woke up with my teeth chattering today. So I'm feeling a little bit better but the pain is still there a few times a day atleast. I've been taking tylenol and they gave me Elavil (tricyclic anti depressant) because it is supposed to help with the pain and that is how they treat Esophageal Spasms (even though it wasn't a definite diagnosis its one that Dr C threw out there as a could be). Some of it I guess is because I've been really bummed out A LOT lately too though. Oh yea I forgot to mention they put the anti nausea patch on me and told me to keep it on for 3 days and I started noticing yesterday my vision was super blurry but I had started 2 new medications and after looking up the side effects of both I think it's from the patch. Also I looked in the mirror and my pupils are HUGE. I'm really debating just dealing with the blurry vision since I don't really have anything to do since it seems to be helping with the constant nausea (even though when I'm going to eat I still have to take phennergan or zofran) or if I should take it off today (1 day early). Our roads are pure ICE I think. Its just awful. Theres some snow but most of it's ice. Looks like I'm not going anywhere today. I am just soo exhausted and tired anyways so it doesn't hurt my feelings to have to stay home under the blankets. :)

Brr. It's cold in Terre Haute. We got snow too. This morning I went out and cleared off cars and warmed them up. That's about as much playing in the snow as I do.  I have to work again tonight. Ugh... 3-11pm. I hope people are in good spirits!

Good Afternoon All, I been working on Cheistmas cards, didn't realize how shaking my hands are. Please excuse my writing. I have recieved so my cards and love those pictures How lovely it is get those pic's. I hope to change my picture soon.
