We have Swiss Miss here at the house and its the no added sugar and its way to sweet for me. I can only use 1/2 of an envelope when I make it....

i have tried that too-i used water with mine and i agree it does feel u up quicklly-how are things going for u jenn? im ok except started experencing real bad pain in my upper stomach kept me up all night and still have it today and bright orange urine too going to see dr today --how much have u lost ?
I am doing really well. I do admit I am slacking on getting my fluids, but I must be just getting enough in to get by. I also need to increase the exercise. I am waiting on my dad to put the treadmill together he just bought, so I can go everyday on my lunch to my parents house and use it...lol! I am trying to do the Biggest Loser exercise video. I have lost around 35-40 I would say. My last doc visit I had lost 30 and that was in November. I hope nothing is wrong with you. Let us know as soon as you find out.
...but...if you make it with milk, it is no longer calorie free and while it counts as protein, doesn't as 'liquid'.
'Liquids' are to be like water...sugar-free, carbonation-free, caffiene-free, and calorie-free (or VERY low in calories).
Skim milk is a terrific source for protein though! And with added SF chocolate? Can be a yummy one too.
SF Hot Chocolate is fine. If you're doing great in the protein department but not in the water one, try mixing it with water instead. Myself, it's just too rich if it's mixed in milk.

If you make it with water, count it as fluid.
