I don't drink orange juice because of my blood sugar but they told me to make sure that I dilute it with water by at least half and half if not more. I know that would help with the sugar but I am not sure about the taste. Hope that this helped some.

I have found a SF drink at Walmart.  There is a Walmart brand and a name brand.  It taste like Tang and is really good.  It is called Orange Sunrise or somethingl ike that.  It is in like a Crystal light container and has like 5 individual serving containers inside that makes 2 qt.  My cousin had this surgery and she had been craving OJ and she tasted mine and said that really helped her craving.  Give it a try, its really good. I drink that Sunrise stuff too and forgot all about that. DUH! That is really good and tastes a lot like orange juice. I use the WalMart brand because it is a lot cheaper but the thing that I notice about it is that toward the bottom it seems to get kind of thick. Do you have the same problem with it? The WalMart brand of it is like half the price of the Crystal Light.

Yes it seems it settles more to the bottom. I keep mine in a Rubbermain jub with a flip top lid and shake it up before I pour some out.  I also put it in water bottles and put it in the freezer to get it icy. It is really good.

I was going to suggest samething, I drink 1. CL sunrise Tangerine/strawberry ...Yummo!             2. Wyler's Light Sunsplash Orange I carry a water bottle around with me everywhere and in the morning I have 1 Cl/Wl add to my water and shake it up. It even gets a little foamy like OJ. I get the WL at Walgreens in a box for $1.00. (like 8-10 packets.) I do not know who invented those to go packets but they are my hero!

If you have to have orange juice, I would water it down, and I would also look for the low acid kind, to be gentle on your pouch!
