Okay, so today I went out to eat with a friend of mine.  We went for Chinese because I figured I could handle some egg drop soup.  Now...after I ate some soup I got really hot and I felt like I could seriously pass out.  After we left, I went home and had to lie down.  So my question is...What's all that about?!?  Was it just too much to handle?  Did I overeat on my soup?  Is egg drop soup a bad choice?  I don't wanna have this happen to me when I go out, so any info or advice I would greatly appreciate.  Thanks guys!

That's dumping sweetie... Sucks ass doesn't it? Unfortunately everyone's body is different and it's going to take trying things to see what works... Anything with alot of fat and a lot of sugar STAY AWAY FROM!! I would recommend (since you only had surgery a couple weeks ago) that when you want to go out to dinner with your friends take 2 oz of refried beans with you, or mashed potatoes... you can eat that while they eat, one it's MUCH cheaper!! and two, you know you're not going to get sick and you can enjoy the meal. That's what I did for about 4 months. I didn't start eating actual food at restaurants until I was about 4 months out... Hope that helps
