Sooo it's bout 20 til 4 and I figured I'd start our thread. Can't sleep tonight. I am hurting the abcess keeps filling back up and im bruised/hurting from putting so much pressure on it to keep draining it. It's kind of annoying actually. I was hoping to go to church today but this drainage is not the best smelling and I don't want to stink should it start leaking on its own at church or something. I know that sounds like a horrible excuse but it's the truth. I sure hope this antibiotic kicks in quick because I'm concerned bout how much is actually able to get out being that theres very little space between the tube/incision. I really hope to make the St V's Christmas party but it just depends on how I'm feeling. If I can get this under control by then we will be there. If I'm still hurting and all like this I probally won't. But now Richard is really excited about going sooo I don't know if I'll be able to talk him down if it comes down to it. If not we may make a debut for a little bit.. Do y'all sit in a certain area or something?? How will I recognize my OH buddies???

Good Sunday Morning all! Today is the big day here at the house, so I am up early to get things ready. We have church this morning, and then after that, I am back home cooking and cleaning!!! It is going to be a wild day, so hope everyone has a great one!!! Misty, take care with that abcess.  Hopefully with all the draining and the meds you are taking now, that will help out so much to ease it soon! I will take pictures so everyone can see what happens today!!! Gotta run! TTYL!

Need some help Christmas shopping? I did alot of my ordering on Amazon since I'm not too mobile. Stuff started coming in and they made a few errors and I think it'd probably be easier if one of you could use their 'mistakes' than me trying to figure out how to send them back. They sent me 2 of two items when I only wanted one. And of course, changed me for two of each. I won't pass on the shipping & handling charges but I would like to get the price back for the item themself. Let me know if you're interested. These are the items:

Black Metal Futon Sofa Bed Frame=$72.99 I sent out the emails yesterday for the Secret Angel/Pal for 2008 and so far we have 9 Secret Santa's..and NO Scrooges! If you didn't get an email, you aren't on the directory...so contact Floyd if you're interested in participating (& get on the directory). The deadline for acceptance is Dec. 22nd..although I hope you don't wait till the last minute. The draw will be Dec. 23rd and you'll be notified by email who you have for 2008. As one person commented, "Secret Pals can be alot of fun if you are truly dedicated to remembering that person". That couldn't be a truer statement. Misty....There are tons of little tables at the St. V's party and you pretty much sit where-ever you find a place to sit at. As to recognizing us from here, that's why we try to keep our pics updated and will say 'You need a new pic!!' when we meet folks if they don't look like their pics. Most people don't have any problem recognizing me from here... I hope you are able to feel better by then. I think I'd be tempted to put a moist towel over the abcess and then a heating pad over it to help draw out the gunk. LaChelle..Have fun tonight! Well, today is more CLEANING since I started a new medecine I have been cleaning NON STOP!!! and Logans birthday party is Sunday, so I think I should be able to go to the Christmas party... Sherri, for what age is the fisher price song thing made?  I have an 18 month old granddaughter who loves anything musical.

It says that it's for ages 3+. It's suppose to be tough enough to handle whatever (mis)treatment a kid can dish out. I don't really see any small parts on it. The ones I got are going to be in a household that also has a 22 month and a 27 month old. I'm not concerned about them getting hurt on it.
