Copies of the St. V's Nutrition Papers

Does anyone have scanned copies of the yellow papers (I think that's the colors) for St. V's?  I think I may have got throw away happy when I cleaned out the spare room and well they ended up in the trash.  I need to get back to the basics!  Thanks!  Sam

Heh they are supposed to be changing after the new year heh. I heard that the new protein requirement was going to be like 90 g per day.
