Hey everyone..........I go tomorrow for my first lapband fill since my surgery.......im OVERLY ready .......ive not seen any weight loss for a couple weeks and I know its b/c of the band being empty currently.......anyways........I hope everyone is staying warm, its been so cold out that Ive not been walking as far, but I think after my check up tomorrow I can finally start working out at curves if Dr Clark says its okay.....:)

Great...start getting more pounds off and get to goal...bbbbbrrrrrr but all in all not been very bad for this time of year,,i will not complain yet but when its like 5 out....i will complain.. GOOD LUCK
