suger free ice cream

is there a sugar free ice cream we can have? Ive been having sugar free popcicles and ice chips ..

I've had sugar-free Edy's and Baskin Robbins on special occasions. That said, you want to go easy on it. Just because it's sugar-free doesn't mean it's low cal. It can have alot of calories, and goes down easy (atleast for me), so it's not something you want to get in the habit of having.

Brenda was just telling me yesterday that she found a sugar-free, fat-free (therefore, lower calorie!!**** cream at Kroger's & WalMart. It's Eddy's and there's 2 flavors...vanilla/chocolate swirl and chocolate fudge.

Sandra..I think I'd ask the nuts about it first as early out as you are.

My cousin had the RNY last March and she tried the SF ice cream and it made her dump.  I would be careful.

Walmart carries a No sugar Added Fudgecicles that is 40 calories and I tolerated it.  I used in in place of popscicles. Give them a try 24 pack for 3 bucks or so,
