Happy Saturday

Sooo I've not been to bed yet even though I'm really tired. I thought I'd start the thread!!! Anyone have any big plans for this weekend?

Woohoo it's the weekend!   I ventured out for black Friday and spent more money that I should have, but all those deals!!  I bought a ton of stuff!  I'm thinking about heading back out today for a bit more Christmas shopping... there are still some decent sales going on :)  Also need to go to the grocery store and stock up.  I've been out of bottled water for a few days, and I miss it!  Never thought I'd say that one :) Happy Saturday all

Good Morning All, Today I am going to get my hair trimmed and if possible add a little color. It as grown in bright RED, and so not used to my hair this color. No shopping for me yesterday, I have just felted very tired lately. I see Dr Huse on Monday.    Pamela, I glad you are back. And Misty, I hope you feel better soon, I too havent been to bed yet. Sally, I should have gave you my shopping list LOL.

Morning all.......I am up yet again WAY BEFORE NECESSARY! LOL I guess with all the excitement going on, my body says you will sleep plenty later. My big plans for this weekend are as follows: work, work, work, eat a bite, maybe, work, sleep,  oh yeah, and WORK! lol And to think I love my job! hehe It is all in good fun. I have so much fun, it is hard not to love it! I hope everyone has a great day today. I am going to attempt to crawl back in bed for a few more hours! Good morning all!  Happy Saturday.  I don't have anything fun planned, just gonna relax and take it easy.  I feel better today then I did yesterday.  I still have that pain in my left shoulder when I lie down.  Don't think it's anything serious or anything, just annoying.  I think it's getting better though.  I go see the Dr. on the 29th.  It couldn't get here fast enough.  Wanna get this drain out.  I know you all won't wanna hear this, but I was so excited about it I gotta share...yesterday evening, I had my first BM!! YAAAAAAAAAY!!  Sorry, is that TMI?  My bad, but we're all friends here, right!!  Coulda been why I felt so bad.  Well, I hope everyone has a great day and wonderful weekend! Stay warm!!

Good morning everyone!

Well..I WAS able to sleep last night! Woo-hoo! I woke up 3 times to go potty, but at least I fell right back to sleep each time. I don't know why my bladder has been working overtime at night. Anyway, Whitney..you aren't the only BM excited person this morning! When I woke up at 5 to go potty and then again when I woke up this morning, I had REAL BM's! No****er! YEAH!! You all have been hearing (seeing) me complain about the diarhea for the past month so I wanted to share that terrific news!! Sorry if any of you think it's TMI..but it was a major issue with me. I also haven't had any spasms since Monday. Add that to the measured 1.5" lost of swelling yesterday, and it just makes me actually feel like things are improving!! Oh..when the visiting nurse came to do the wound-vac change, the vac canister was completely full of liquid. It was empty on Wednesday. So..that 1.5" loss of swelling was definately real. I'm going to have to keep a close eye on that canister! If it'd fill up 2-3 more times, that would be fantastic! Anyway.....between the BM, that 1.5" loss, etc, today is just a fantastic day for me!!! What would make today better???? Well...today is a 'special' day anyway. It's one that Bill had hoped we'd be in Vegas for. It's one that I had planned on talking Bill into going to Nashville, IN for if we weren't in Vegas. Of course, given the cir****tances, either option is out. Today is mine & Bill's 7th anniversary. It would be nice if we could have at least slept in the same bed....but we definately have some making up to do once I am physically able to! We are just very thankful that we have each other. I hope everyone has a terrific day today. No big plans here...just more recouping!  Sherri

Happy Anniversary!!! It bites that you didnt get to go on vacation together... But at least you can stay at home and keep eachother company... Sometimes it is better to just be at home and spend the day together.... Hope everyone has a good weekend... I am cleaning the house out so I can have Logans 1st Birthday party here in 2 weeks... I took 2 garbage bags of stuffed animals and stuff Marisa got for her birthday and 1 bag of toys out of the house. I am calling Salvation Army so Monday they will get them and all the extras we have... Well, have a good weekend...
