lost my book with all my foods and receipes anyone know how to get a new one?

Due to flood and move I lost my "bible" this is what i call my book that i received after surgury, i am at a loss and whenever i fall off or need to get on the wagon, i use it, i do not know how to get a new one any suggestions? Beth

I have no idea what book you're talking about. Any idea where you got it from before? A surgery center? Nutritionist? Hospital?
