Heather,
I'm not a fan of the Crystal Lite's..just too sweet for my taste. I like the fruit2O's...especially the tropical fruit flavor. I will also drink the sf lemonade and cherry lemonade. The diet green tea isn't bad either..if you can find the decaf ones, even better. We stick to decaf tea and decaf coffee as well.
Since I'm +3 yr out, I have experimented with soda. What I have found that works good for me, especially with this nausea I've had lately, is to mix 50/50 orange juice with sf sprite. The oj really cuts down on the carbonation of the sprite and the sprite reduces the acidity of the oj. I would NOT recommend this to anyone under 1 yr post-op since the carbonation and the acidity, together or separate, can cause problems on the pouch (including ulcers). I have tried to drink pop (diet root beer) alone and it just does not settle very well in my pouch at all...even at 3 yrs out. Sherri

The sf cherry lemonade is in the pop section. It's non-carb too like the minutemaid sf lemonade is. I usually get it in a 12-pack.
