it depends on your insurance---I have medicare and got the call 3 weeks ago and was told my date for surgery is Janurary 22nd

DS on 01/25/08

Before I got my call on Oct. 29th I emailed her office manager Colleen to ask if there was any chance that I could be scheduled before the end of the year. She told me then that they were already scheduling into late February and March. I got lucky I guess and I will be having my surgery right after the new year. (Jan 2nd) Judy

DS on 05/22/07

If you are planning on having the DS, it could be a few months. I had my initial consultation with Dr Inman in December 2006, and my surgery date was in May 2007. She only does 1-2 medicare patients a week, and of that maybe 1 of them is a DS a week. For Medicare anyway :) Cheers!
