Misty, sweetie!!!  I am so happy for you! I guess that means that we are gonna be "Surgery Sisters"!!!!  I know you have gotten thru all the battles and gone thru all the hurdles, and now it is your time! I am so happy for you!!! Keep me posted! Love ya!!!

Thank you all for sharing my happiness.  I just got back from my parents house.  I had to go over there to tell them the news.  They are so happy for me too.

I think I am still in shock!!  This is such a great feeling.

Congrats! I'm so glad you have Dr. Gupta. You are in wonderful, caring hands! The time will fly by now! Dr. Gupta's office will need the letter of approval so yes, have them fax it to them ASAP so your date can be set.

Thank you Sherri and Ulisha!  I am still so excited this morning. Sherri, when I asked for an approval letter yesterday, my review nurse told me that they don't do letters, but they give approval reference numbers, so that is all I have.  Will they still schedule my surgery with only that?   Well, I have to call around 1:00, since they are at lunch right now, so I guess I will find out then.

Thank you Julie.  I'm keeping my fingers crossed for your appeal too!  I know how hard it is to have to wait, it's been over 5 years for me, so I understand your frustrations.  I'm praying for ya!!  It's gonna work out
