First real wow for me

I guess even though the scales say that I have lost 59 lbs, it still didnt really register, I mean I know that I'm smaller but I just keep putting on the big baggie clothes cuz that is what I have.  I needed to get new scrubs for work and I was wearing a 2x and the shirts were a little snug. I bought large pants and a large shirt and the an xl jacket (cuz i freeze now) I figured the shirt was gonna be a little snug for a little while longer but when i got home i tried them on and the large shirt fits like a dream and is even a little roomie !!!!  The jacket has to go back cuz its waaaay to big, I haven't wore a large in years !!!!!! I was quite excited.   Guess its a good thing that I changed my mine and bought some cuz I might of been writing a embarressing post about losing my drawers at work if I hadn't

Great feeling isn't it!

I now buy snug because in 2 weeks they will fit correctly.

I will never but larger clothes again.  If that ever is an option back on a strict diet and exercise program.

I learned early on to try on my clothes at the store. Terrific, isn't it?  Like E, I wouldn't buy clothes that were big on me at all either. I had one pair of elastic waisted pants that I had hung on to because of when I had foot surgery last year (so they'd go over the bandaging & cast). All my other pants were nice fitting jeans/dress pants. So....with my tummy swollen now I had to have my daughter go buy me three pairs of elastic waisted pants! LOL! You will find that the further out you are, the moe you want your clothes to fit 'exactly'. Be proud of that new shape that is emerging! Scrubs...great for work, but splurge on you some nice-fitting jeans...k? Oh..and don't forget about the clothing exchange! Save those big clothes and plan on getting you some that fit! Congrats on the wow! You have a bunch of them just waiting for you. Sherri

It is very exciting!  I look forward to the day I can buy regular sizes.  If you are looking for cheap scrubs, I buy mine at marcusuniforms.com.  They are the cheapest I have found for plus sizes, but very resonable for s, m, l.

Congrats!! I have a hard time not wearing  my old clothes LOL theyre comfy but man I look like a bum LOL with them hanging off my butt and theyre soo baggy, but I just can't seem to stop wearing them, even if it means pulling them up over and over.
