I'm back!
as far as the swelling i don't know about that i didn't have that
2 Chronicles 16:9
For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him. Herein thou has done foolishly: therefore from henceforth thou shalt have wars.
Welcome back Jacqui!
I buy the Whey Protein (chocolate flavor) at Walmart. 2 scoops with regular milk is 64 g of protein. I dont know how much protein Soy milk has in it. It is ok, but sometimes I have trouble getting it down. I guess its the texture, I dont know. But hopefully, when I am able to eat some foods I can get enough protein in that way.
As for your swelling, I would call the doctor's office and ask them.
Good luck!
Jenny
Good to have you back. You are doing fantabulous!!! I couldn't drink milk either. I used Lactaid tablets and drank the Lactaid milk for the shakes. I didn't have a problem with cottage cheese or yogurt or cheese but the tablets will help if you do. Your pouch should be up under the rib cage, not below your left breast. It might just need some time to adjust but I agree with everyone else, tell the doc about it on the next visit unless it starts to hurt or move around.
Isopure can be hard to swallow. Try putting a little Splenda in it and pouring it over crushed ice. Almost like a snocone. I did that a few times until I got accustomed to the taste. I liked the green and blue the best. I know it's a long drive but I really hope you can make it to the ornament exchange. It would be so great to see you and Troy again. Take care of yourself and Keep up the Good Work.
Brenda
Lord, keep me in your will so I won't be in your way.

Hey thanks everyone. I've written down all the suggestions and will run to Evansville tonight and get some new stuff.
You guys ROCK!
Can't wait to hear about the Kairos weekend! If you don't want to post it, my email address is [email protected]. I LOVE hearing how Jesus works through those weekends. They are so amazing! Blessings, Jacqui
