Fruit
I am confused on the fruit. I am allowed to have it now but I'm not really sure how to take the sugars, I know that they are natural so they will be on the high side. I have had peaches, but they were packed in water with splenda, as i dont like fresh peaches. What I really want is pineapple, but looking at the can the sugars are sooooo high. What is the rule of thumb for fruit. With the pineapple would it be better to get fresh as to the can that is packed in pineapple juice. I looked and they dont have it with the splenda or at least I didnt see it. I even have frozen strawberry's but I'm to chicken to eat them too, lol. Can somebody please clear up some of this confusion.
Thanks

I eat pineapple packed in water. The sugars are high, so I'd start slowly and have just a piece or two until you know if you will tolerate it.

I can eat as much as I want...I just don't want much.
I'm ashamed of what I did for a Klondike bar...
I buy only fresh or frozen fruit. GFS has peaches and apples that are peeled and frozen with no sugar added. Great in yogurt with a few raisins.

2 Chronicles 16:9
For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him. Herein thou has done foolishly: therefore from henceforth thou shalt have wars.
As long as it is packed in juice all the sugar is natural. My nut advised not using the juice from the can (or treat it like I would any other juice and dillute it 50/50 with water) and just eating the fruit. You can compare numbers on fitday to see what the real difference is. Just be careful since some people dump on fruits high in natural sugars. Personally, I love pineapple packed in juice.
