Update on Lyndia

Lyndia is still in St Vincents, room 259 I believe. I was going to stop up and see her yesterday before my scope but they bumped it up to 9 and I didn't think she would want a visitor at 7:30 am.  I stop over on the DS board to check on her and they posted her address saying she really likes getting cards and stuff soo if anyone wants to :  Lyndia Wagoner

Fishers, IN 46038 Heres an update post :  "I went up to the hospital today to visit again with Lyndia.  Between her husband, Mom, best friend, and those active in our Indy area support group, we've been trying to get things to her to cheer up her room.  Pictures of her son, a laptop (she will have dial-up, but better than nothing), some fall flowers, some bath & body works stuff to make her feel good, a reading light, balloons and so on.  We're trying to cheer her up so that her hospital stay is a little easier.  

She did get the abcess flushed and a new drain tube inserted yesterday.  She is still nauseous, but it's seeming better than it was.  Her mood seems to have perked up a bit, she even made a joke when I brought in the flowers, and said "Yep, I'm sure settling in here now!"  She is still a bit down, but who wouldn't be?  I think she's making the best of it that she can, things just suck right now.  "
