Discouraged
Well it looks like it's going to be at least another 6 mths. before I can get insurance paper work sent in. I have to be smoke free and on a Dr. supervised weight lose program for 6 mths for Medicaid to even consider approval. If I could afford to pay out of pocket for what Medicare won't cover I'd be fine. So now I feel like just giving up.

I know that this doesn't sound fun but keep your head up!! Don't give up!! Being smoke free will help you heal quicker not to mention lessen your chances of ulcers and other complications. I know it seems like 6 months is a long time but it's nothing compared to the years you will add to your life by getting healthier!!! Keep your head up !
Don't give up!!!!!! This surgery is the best thing that has happened in my life since kids and a new hubby!!!!! Anyway...all joking aside...this surgery saved me...and it will you also...think about what you cannot do now...and what you WILL be able to do aftr surgery...noooooooo brainer...do not give up.....I also had to stop smoking...best thing I ever did!!!!! I am smoke free 3 onths and 20 days....GOOD THING....lets get healthy together!

Lord, keep me in your will so I won't be in your way.
