still searching for the refried bean mexican dish someone brought saturday

its the question of the dip..........lol......ive been telling everyone about it so now i gotta make it.....I dont know who brought it but it was awesome.....Im sure i can find it online somewhere but i guess im to lazy to do the search lol

Heather, I am not sure who brought the dip this time, however it resembles Sams from before! You might email/contact her on here and ask for her recipe, she always brings it to the exchanges when she comes and it is always a hit as well! Just a thought- hope it helps! Hugz Dawn

I didn't get to make it to the exchange but I'll happily post the recipe for my taco dip.  It's a guaranteed hit.  This is the regular version but all items can be Lite/reduced fat etc. 1 big can of refriend beans 1 c. sour creap 1/2 c. Miracle White 1 packet taco seasoning 1 bag of Mexican Blend Cheese 2 small cans of sliced black olives sliced grape tomatoes slice green onion 1.  Using an aluminum pizza dish (or whatever you like) spread a layer of refriend beans (I use about 3/4 the big can) 2.  In a seperate bowl, mix sour cream, Miracle Whip, and Taco seasoning.  Layer this on top of the refried beans 3.  Next spread cheese 4.  Place tomatoes, black olives, and green onion over the top. I usually serve with this SCOOPS (the baked kind if you like.)  This is a huge hit wherever I take it.  I actually have to make it this weekend!  Hope you enjoy!  Sam
