Pumpkin Mousse
2 Small SF/FF Jello Cheescake Puddings 3 cups Skim Mix well. Let it turn into pudding. 1 Can Pumpkin 2 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice 16 Splenda Packets Mix Well. Then Mix into the pudding. 1 SF Cool Whip Fold into the pudding/pumpkin mixture. I garnish with crushed gingersnaps. 1 Archway gingersnap has 2 g sugar. I can handle gingersnaps. I use 5 gingersnaps. They are sooo yummy! Satisfies the cookie craving, and I can tolerate them. I am really sensitive to sugar and dump like crazy on sugar alcohols and even fruit!
