This is the recipe for the chicken that I brought to the clothing exchange. It was such a good time talking to everyone. My DH commented how this one was even better than the last one.

Munchy Parmey Chicken Chunks

INDREDIENTS

Chicken Breast  1Cup grated Parmesan cheese (but the original author said to use ½ Romano) which is what I did.

1 tablespoon dried oregano

2 tablespoons dried parsley

2 teaspoons paprika

The original recipe said to use melted butter but I didn’t I used a carton of egg beaters

Optional: Then I also added some garlic powder and a couple flakes of red pepper

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Cut chicken into chunks

Combine cheeses and spices in a bowl

Line baking sheet with foil (makes clean up easier)

Dip chicken pieces in egg beaters (original recipe said to dip in melted butter)

Roll in cheese spice mixture then place on baking sheet

I sprinkled mine with Butter Buds after placing on baking sheet for flavor

Bake approximately 30 to 45 min or even an hour depending on size of chunks.

These bake up very crispy!!! You would never know that they were not rolled in a breading. Great chicken nuggets and they are all protein!!!

I can eat as much as I want...I just don't want much.
I'm ashamed of what I did for a Klondike bar...
