burping

Has anyone experienced "Burping"?? It seems I burp alot...after eating, after drinking..etc

I was told that was normal.  I burp and "toot" all day!!

I burp if I eat to fast or eat to much... I have to slow down and consentrate on what I am putting in my mouth.. I tend to fall back into the old ways of just eatting to eat. Not eatting to live. Linda Kay

I have it too.  Especially if I eat or drink too fast.  Burps and toots are part of my everyday life now.
