If it was possible to eat them without the skins ... I just think their tough skins and very high fiber content might be a little much right now.

Blender or Food Processor may add air so let the food stand a couple of hours to release the air. Air hurts a little tummy.. E

2 Chronicles 16:9
For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him. Herein thou has done foolishly: therefore from henceforth thou shalt have wars.

Don't forget to watch your sugar intake too.  All dried fruits like raisins and prunes have higher concentrated levels of sugar.  I would be very careful to eat just a few until you know how well you can tolerate them and as Pam says, you should puree them.
