Yep, that's right boys and girls, you read that correct! I FINALLY have a date for surgery scheduled. It's on November 19th. The week of Thanksgiving...UGH. No big dinner for me, but at least I'll be able to spend a little time with the family...hopefully. It doesn't really matter anyway because if I hadn't had surgery by then I would have had to work anyway. So YAY!! Heather called me today and said she'd be talking to me again before Friday to set up my bloodwork and Xrays, and then she'd transfer me so I could make the appointment to go to my nutrician class. How exciting!! It's a little further down the road then I would have liked to have waited, but hey, that's all I've been doin' anyway...waiting. At least I have a date set in stone!!

Wow! I had surgery on 11-21-06, which was Tuesday before Thanksgiving last year. I got to stay in the hospital an extra day, because I didn't want to go home on Thanksgiving day, and Dr. Inman said that was fine, LOL. Our family celebrated our Thanksgiving the weekend before, last year. Good luck!
