Way to go gal! the worse is over! You are on your way to a wonderful life! Sorry to hear about the vomiting...but as far as the calcium goes...I got CVS calcium pills and cut them in half so I could take them...I have had no problems with that. I just remember ..nothing bigger than an aspirin to go down. take care! Welcome to the bench! hugggs, Janene

Here I go broken record. Walk,,,Walk,,,Walk....Walk... It does help with the gas. I had to keep the waist belt on for 2 weeks and that helped also,. God bless you and yours tell Shannon I said HI. Bye For Now. TGBTG E
