hey everybody

hey guys I was told I needed to read the boards and post more because I have been pretty non-existant lately. Things are going well with me I have lost 113 pounds and am down to a size 12-14 weighing in at 166.  When I look in teh mirror tho all I sill see is fat.  I can see that I lost weight but I still feel ass big as the day I had surgery.  My boyfriend tells me I am beautiful all the time but I just can't see it.  speaking of boyfriend Joe is great he is a fireman, hazmat tech, lab tech, rescue diver and arson investigator.  he is always busy but we make a little time everyday to be together.  well I hope that this finds you all well I am gonig to head to bed now... talk to you later Mindi

Hey Mindi, Good to see you! You sound like you are doing wonderful. I know about what you meant about still seeing the fat person. I do that too. I am about the same size as you now, and that's what I see still mostly is 'fat Linda'. I try to trust the people telling me I'm looking good.
