Day before surgery

Well here I am 29 hours before I have to be at the hospital.  I fixed meatloaf and mashed pot. last night so guess what I am having for breakfast.  Then for lunch I am having cream of chicken soup, chocolate pudding and a vanilla pepsi from our local ice cream joint.  They make their own flavoring, its so good.  I have been addicted to them for years, so that is going to be hard.  Its a good thing they are getting ready to close for winter.  Supper I think I am going to have apple juice, chicken broth, whatever else clear I find.   Trying to get the little things done at work and then hopefully I can sleep tonight. I know I wont be able to get to sleep early.  Well I better get my butt in gear and get to work.  Have a good day everyone. Best of luck to ya!!!! Make the most out of your last day in your old life. Your in my prayers, and keep your chin up. Remember, tomw starts a new life for you.I really doubt ya sleep much tonight lol, but try to rest. Keep us informed.

Thanks....I just cant keep my mind occupied.  This surgery is all I am thinking about.

It's sneaking up on you. I was surprisingly calm when I finally got to the hospital and especially on that walk to the operating room. I didn't sleep hardly at all the night before my surgery but made up for it afterwards!!!  Just remember your going to be fine :)
