Up giving son lunch money for school then back to bed for me. Pouchy didn't like me yesterday. I mixed up the protein drink from St. V's and drank only 8 oz and YUK..all day on the NOOOOOO I didn't have dumping syndrome...just upset pouchy.  So hubby is off to GNC for me today to get me some natural protein powder for my food. I dunno if I am lactose intolerant...have never been before...still have no problem with cheese and cottage cheese...so I dunno. Other than yesterday...I feel GREAT!  I hope y'all's Mondays feel like Fridays! Janene

Lord, keep me in your will so I won't be in your way.

Good Morning. I just got the girls on the bus, and thought I would take a few minutes on here before I crawl back in bed.  I am so exhausted and tired still from the parade yesterday........Uggh! Oh well, I will get stronger each day, as long as I stick to the diet and excercise.  My face hurts so much from being sunburned! So does my neck!  This time tomorrow, I will be in Louisville getting ready for my Nutrition classes and Psyche eval.  Then after that, it is just a waiting game again, until I get my phone call.  Hopefully it won't be but a few days wait.   Hitting the pillows again, I am tired and ready to go back to sleep now. I will be back on later! Have a great day!
At Goal! 165 pounds gone forever! Thank you Lord!

It proly was the milk dear... I'm lactose intolerant after my surgery... been 6.5 months and I still can't drink regular milk... They use lactose free milk at the hospital.. some people "grow" out of it if you will... i haven't yet but i'm hoping that I will... I can eat cheese, cottage cheese, all other dairy just not milk...

Hope that it gets better.

HI EVERYONE, It was a hectic weekend for us, visiting my Sil at the hospital, trying to find preemie girls baby clothes for Amy,and a birthday party for Jax at his cousins. They are 1 yr. 1 week apart, so they have a joint party- woo~hoo!!! The noise ran Dana out of the house at one point, from the parents watching the football game-hee~hee!!!! GO COLTS Karen is home now, and recovering from the latest lung surgery. They will start chemo again in a few weeks. She is really doing well with having surgery 2 weeks apart.  Dana is leaving today for a fishing trip to Mich. with his buddy. They have tried for the past 3 yrs. to go, but something has always come up. He found out yesturday, and decided he needed to get away for a few days. I am going to do "whatever" for the next few days myself- whatever each day brings. I plan to go to a SG meeting, Home Interiors party, and Bible Study, plus run Amy back & forth to Drs. appts. so my "few days" are already filling up! I need to get off here and finish helping him pack, so have a great day everyone!! (((hugs))) Ellen Janene- I had/have lactose intolerance also- & can do cheeses. Try the lactose free milk -I use low fat vanilla soy milk for my shakes.
  (((BIG HUGS)))
