I found a couple outfits deep in my closet that fit again and are actually loose on me now! Exciting.. Oh not to mention I am under 260 for the first time in 5 or 6 years!

Excellent, Misty! Doesn't that make you feel good. Remember to try on frequently b/c things start fitting and then getting too big really fast! Don't forget to drink tha****er or crystal light or whatever. . need to stay healthy to enjoy your weight loss! Best of luck to you.

I walked like 4 miles on thursday and about 2 on Friday too without having to use my inhaler also, thats a big plus.
