Chewable calcium & sugar in milk
You will have to see if it's calcium citrate or carbonate. They don't like us to use calcium carbonate because it can make the gas worse I believe.
As far as the milk I think that should be fine it is what I use, of course some become lactose intolerant after surgery soo it just depends.
Are you getting excited your date is sooo close now :)
Like MIsty said...just make sure is citrate...and the Nut told me nothing over 5g of sugar. Milk...yep 12 grams...and IF you mix with the dry milk like the Nut said...maybe intolerant..I AM...Found that out today

Lord, keep me in your will so I won't be in your way.

Oh crap! I forgot all about the carbonate/citrate thing. I am going to have to look at that when I get home and if I got the wrong thing take it back. I havent opened the box, so that is good. Yes, Misty I am getting excited & nervous. Today is my last day of eating food for awhile. Tomorrow I have to do the soft liquids at lunch and all liquid at supper.
