Does anyone get scared of losing too much?

I am 10.5 months out now. I am actually really happy where I'm at. As I've said to my hubby, if I didn't lose another pound, I would be satisfied with the results of the surgery. I'm in a size 12 pants and large top. Even though it's much slower now, I do keep losing. I'm starting to get scared of, "what if I keep losing and lose too much and get sick?" I know this is probably my fat brain playing tricks on me. It certainly wouldn't make me sick to lose the last 19 pounds to my goal. I'm just wondering if anyone else had this problem?

Linda, I did have that problem so I started eating more pasta, rice, potatoes, and crackers.  Well, actually anything I wanted.  I got to 148 and that wasn't a healthy weight for me.  I've been staying at about 155 lately and my body seems to like that weight.  When I get close to 160, I pay closer attention but haven't really had too much of a problem.  I know if I was exercising on a regular basis like I was before, I'd have to eat more, but for now I'm happy.  It is a constant monitoring that is needed so we don't overdo it either direction.  Good luck. True, Floyd,.. good monitoring is so important. I weigh every morning around the same time, to keep an eye. If I gain a pound, I'm going to want to know about it. You know? I guess if I ever get too thin, ... how strange to say that,... I will do what you're doing. Thanks.

I just cant imagine that happening to me.  Im down just over 180 lbs but I still wt just over 200 lbs.  I would love to lose another 40 lbs.  Seeing as how im 6' tall I dont want to be to skinny...but since im only loosing 2 lbs a month now...  I just dont see me ever being skinny. I did this to get healthy and Im so much healthier now than I was a yr ago.  If I never lost another lb....Id be content.  from a size 32 to a 16 aint to shabby...
