Question

Anyone have a clue why I would receive a packet for secondary insurance and not primary? I have Medicare and Medicaid.

Kelly, I'd call them and explain to them that the Medicare/Medicaid IS your primary insurance so you would need that packet. I know with Bill being on Medicare and my having insurance through work (Anthem BCBS), he is required to have Medicare as his secondary. Perhaps they are required to only give out secondary packets for it Sherri
