Happy Thursday! We brought our son home from Meadows yesterday. Such a relief. I think today is going to be a good day. I started out the day, finally reaching the 160's! I am officially 169 lb! WooHoo! Then during the day today, I will be working at the high school, telling seniors about Vocational Rehabilitation. Then when I get home, our new living room furniture should be here. Hopefully a good day all around!

I am so glad that you have your son back home.  Sounds like it is really going to be a good day.  Always nice to see the scale move. Deborah

Good morning all. I hope you all have a wonderful day today. I am off to the church this morning to do some paperwork that I have to do before surgery Monday and then this afternoon I have to go into Merrillville to get some more of my yummy protein mix. I really have to say that my mix is good. It does taste like chocolate milk but sometimes it seems to rich. I am glad that it is a nice sunny day today because that helps get things started. It is thursday and today is the first day of the big Seymour Oktoberfest. Food, fun and all that stuff.. LOL This year we should save tons of money since I won't be eating like I did last year. We have my neices from Kentucky up here and I just hope I start feeling better enough to enjoy them. The only reason I said they could come was because my mom is here to take care of them because I cannot do it. It looks like its going to rain right now though soo hopefully it doesnt spoil things.  Anyways just saying hi :) Have a good day
