WELL WHEN I MAKE MINE I USE GROUND CHUCK, AN EGG, SALT FREE CRACKERS OR INSTANT OATS ( AS A BINDER) SOME SIPCES FOR FLAVOR THEN BAKE IT TILL ALMOST DONE THEN ADD KETCHUP ON JIMS HALF AND ON MY LITTEL BIT I DILUTE THE KETCHUP AND I SEEM TO DO WELL WITH IT.

GOOD LUCK

I haven't changed my usual meat loaf recipe except now I mix ground turkey with my ground beef and cook it in a crock pot. It stays very moist that way. Cook it on low for about 6 hours. You can also mix in some finely chopped carrots for added nutrition without really knowing they are there!
