Meltdown I need help

Thanks Vicki, I think Ive just been so busy with both houses and all I hadnt had much time for any down time and it was just all getting to me.  Im also a very family oriented person and now that I live so far from my family and my friends...its been hard on me too.  Well Andy and I are spending today together and then I go back to work tomorrow night.   I dont think we will be able to go to dinner Wed now but I'll let you know.  Im sorry but Im probably going to have to go to my support group that night. I'll talk to u soon

HEY IF THATS WHAT YOU NEED TO DO FOR YOU THEN I UNDERSTAND AND IF YOU NEED SOMEONE TO GO WITH YOU LET ME KNOWI MIGHT BE ABLE TO . IT WOULDNT HURT ME TO GO EITHER.

Pamela, Sorry to hear that you had a rough couple of days! I am happy to hear that Andy was able to spend the day with you! I am hoping that all is getting a little better! I can totally relate to the stress factors and the eating issues! I have never attended any of the OA meetings but have heard wonderful things about them. I am sure that could help you as well as many of us! Let me know if you need anything sometimes just a listening ear can do the trick! Just know that it takes a lot to admit that you have done wrong and know that you are/were headed down the wrong path and able to acknowledge it and able to stop it and not continue on. Don't beat yourself up- you fell down- brush yourself off, hold your head high- you have come a long way and everyone makes mistakes! It is ok as long as we learn from them! This is a journey for each of us and we all have bumps! I hope that your journey finds you on a smoother path soon! Thinking of ya! Hope you are better! Hugz Dawn
