Where do I start?? New diet..

Dr Cacucci said if I want it.. eat it as long as its on the 3 month diet plan. Sooo I'm soo baffled. She said eat what I want, when I want etc... Not that I feel hunger yet or want much but she wants me to eat lol I don't know what I want first hehe maybe i'll finally have my tuna I'm craving..

If you are craving tuna, I would have just that.

Just remember your are trying to make habits that will last a lifetime.  Eat slowly stop when you are full and eat what is on the yellow sheet for now. Things may taste different.  I lived on beans of all kinds because of the high protein value.   Pinto beans made with chicken flavored protein was a great food for me 2 ounces at a meal. E

I had some bout an ounce of tuna :) and 2 saltine crackers with it. It was tasty but definately NOT what I was thinking it would.  I stopped as soon as I was comfortable not full. I just hope I can eat enough to not need to do the tube feedings.

This sounds like the kind of stuff they told me when I was so sick while I was pregnant. Just eat something. Odds are if it sounds good to you, you'll be able to eat it. I hope you can get to eating enough to get that darn tube out soon. Tuna and crackers sound like a great start.
