Just curious on the Vitamin B-12 shot.  Will Dr. Gupta give me a script to get these and so I can give to myself at home or is this something that I need to ask my PCP for? Jenny

When you go to class they give you a paper that states you have to get B12 supplies from your primary care physician. You can either get it from the pharmacy and give it yourself or go to your primary care physician and get it from the nurse. You can also just take a subligual pill once a week. You dont have to get an injection. Good luck with your surgery. As they say, see you on the Hoosier Loser bench!!!

I found the sublingual B-12 at Walmart, so I just got those.  I am not so sure about the nasal spray.
