Well, it's a new week. I'm hoping to here about my approval this week. Geez, I'm a bucket of nervesIt's not helping that my rock of a husband is in Wisconson for three weeks. You'd think I'd be used to him being gone from deployments and such, but I'm feeling a little emotionally shredded right now and it's harder than normal. My son, my mom, I went to the Irish Fest yesterday. My favorite parts were the music and the border collies. One of my fur babies is a border collie. I'm kinda partial. Anyway, I hope everybody has a great week ! Hugs, Angie

Thanks Linda, I'm sure I'll be fine. I have a gazillion things to do this week...mostly fall cleaning -yay.  Usually, since my heart surgeries last year, I have 2-3 doctor's appointments per week, but I am free this week so far. It will give me time to catch up on the house and organize some paperwork. I want to make sure everything is spotless before my surgery. My 13 year son is very helpful about some things, but cleaning bathrooms and the kitchen is not his "thing"(hee-hee). He does do most of the laundry though, which will be extremely helpful after surgery. Have a great week! Angie

Good morning everyone! Well..this time next week, I'll be thinking 'tomorrow at this time I'll be in la-la land!'. This time is going quickly. I'm glad! Of course, it didn't seem that way all year while I was waiting for my FMLA to build back up. Today, I'm not just looking forward though, but looking back as well. Today is my THREE YEAR surgiversary! now, THAT time has flown by! I am just totally amazed that it has been that long. I have lost 182 lb since my consult, 174 lb since my surgery. I've lost over half of the old me! I have lost 92% of what I was overweight! Since surgery date, I have had 15 endoscopies, a RNY revision, internal hernia repair, 2 perforations, 2 ulcers, and bunion repair on each foot. Yes, medically, it's been a very busy 3 years! Now, I'm about to embark on the final steps of my weight-loss journey...the reconstruction phase. Next Tuesday, I'm getting abdominoplasty (full tummy tuck) and thigh lift. Next spring (~March) will be the upper half turn (breast lift, breast implants, possibly arm lift).  Thank you Angel Kylie for my surgiversary card & scratch-offs! I won $6 from them! Woo-hoo! LOL! I do have a weakness for those things! I appreciate your thinking of me. New Angie...trust me, time flies! Your time will come very soon. Surgiversary buddy Angie...where are you girl???? I thought for sure your 3 year would bring your smiling face on here! Let us know how you are, k???? Sam...No AcievOne yet. I looked up my tracking number on UPS.com and it looked like it hadn't been shipped out yet. I joined their notification and they are suppose to let me know when it ships & when it's delivered. Everyone..have a fantastic day today! The instrument technician is coming in to work on my instrument. That is ALL I have planned for today!  Sherri

Does sound like a busy three years, Sherri! You have done wonderful though! I was so disappointed this am when I got on the scale, myself. I am up two pounds. I am afraid I am retaining water... that time of the month is coming and all. It scares me to see that though. I am going to concentrate on getting alot of fluids today, to try to flush out the system.
