Can somebody tell where I can get the Any Whey protien powder, or do I have to order it from some where. I have to find something as I am not getting my protien nor am I finding anything that I can tolerate with out throwing it back up or getting sick.  I keep reading on how there is hardly any taste and can be mixed with just about anything, which I'm sure would be better for me cuz, to drink milk right now isnt going so well either.   I love to drink so it doesn't take much for me to feel thirsty and even't though I'm getting fluids in, I still feel thirsty.  I just wanna chug down a big ol glass of Ice water, so to drink anything with milk in it make my thrist worse.  Alot of the other stuff that I have tried is way to sweet tasting for me.  Thanks for any help you can give me

Do you have a GNC in your area?  Or maybe any nutrition store that sells herbs and things.

I have been using the Unjury protien powder.   I mix 2 scoops of Unjury chocolate with 2packages of sugar free instant breakfast and four cups of lactose free milk (Dean's Easy)  This gives me 80 Grams of protein.  Sometimes I pour it over a little crushed ice and continue to sip the melted ice.  Unjury (www.unjury.com) has unflavored and chicken soup flavored protein powder as well.  I got samples but have not tried them.  I have not had trouble keeping this down.  I also have had miso soup broth from a japanese resturant, the broth from wonton soup, and a little egg drop soup.  These were really nice non-sweet items.  Good Luck, Jeff

I got mine from GNC. Also if you are in Indy Check out the Vitiam Shoppe on 86st Street just east of the Fashion Mall. I am not sure if I have seen it in there. Also people have talked about the Cutting Edge which is near the Castleton Mall. I have not been in there yet because I have missed them being open by about half an hour each time I went there. I have been told they are very bariatric friendly and go out of their way to help you.

Hi Ulisha,  I just went to Cutting Edge Nutrition and got the Shake-a-whey- they have it in chocolate, vanilla, & strawberry. I really like the vanilla, I mix it with my decaf coffee, and also you can add 1/2 banana, or  SF. flavorings, etc. to change it up. He has several disserant typers of prtien and is so helpful. I know they are open from 9-7pm. most nights- the phone number is-1-317-585-0605 or 1-800-966-8288. His name is Bob, and I'm sure he'll stear you to the right protien for you. Oh, I also like the Continental 8 light vanilla soymilk. I can't do milk either. I wish you all the best! (((hugs))) Ellen

Ulisha,

I buy my whey protein at wal mart... The store that has everything... I mix 2 scoops of it with 8 oz Lactose free milk because i am now lactose intolerant (thank you little pouch) nd then put sugarfree lemon jello in it... I LOVE it!!! I'm 5 1/2 months out and still drink one every day... I also put a bit of sugarfree cheesecake pudding in it too and blend it up... it has 23 g of protein per scoop and one container for $12.00 last me a month... so that little shake I make has 54 g of protein in it... in 8 oz... and I know what you mean about being thirsty I was in a perpetual state of thirst it seems for the first 4 weeks and then when you can start eating protein bars you can drink water and stuff more... it seemed that all i could get down in a day was my protein shake and then my tea at night with my vitamins... hope that helps...
