Thanks to all of you that reply and those who just look and read the messages.  I am aware that I have a good God tha****ches over me.  I try to be obedient and He will show me the way. Becky is my special person "My Buddy" and the one that keeps me on track.  I try and do the same for her.  She now goes to Weigh****chers Saturday meetings and has lost 28 lbs in 16 weeks and I congratulate her.  I am the cook in the family so now that I cook more nutritious food it is helping both of us.  I am a little over 5 months out and can eat more then I should at this time.  I keep working hard to keep exercise in my habits.   Burning the extra calories is the answer. Bless you all and you are in our daily prayers. E.
