I just got home from doing all my bloodwork. While I was at the office, I asked if I could weigh. Of course she said I was allowed! LOL Anyway, I hopped on the scales, and just about fainted! In 1 week time, I have lost another 7 POUNDS!!!!! I am down to 270.8! At exactly the same time last week, I weighed 277.4...........HOLY COW!!!!! All of that

and

has paid off!!!!! That just means that I only like 13 more pounds until I am ready to have my life changed forever!!! I started crying because of such joy! I told the nurse about everyone on here being the best support group in the world! She said that she would have to pass that on to any of her other patients that need support! I am so thankful to have found each of you! You have all motivated me in your own ways! Thank you again! Now it is time to get to work! If I was able to dance in the pits today, I guarantee you that I would! I will dance a little while I am on my walk tho! Have a wonderful and Blessed day!

That is awesome! You gave the weight to me. I have gained some weight because I have quit smoking and too many I need to get this in before surgery food....you know what I mean.
