update Misty

Misty is doing about the same. He fever keeps going up and down. She is on several antibiotics. The PICC line tested positive for staph. The are also going to do some test to find out why her pouch is rejecting food and drinks. Not sure what exactly that means, and my step mom was not clear about it. I did talk briefly to Misty. She was not making much sense. On a good note the cat scan and EEG all came back normal. So thankfully it appears that the seizures did not cause any damage.  Misty and Rich are aware that I posted and that you all send your thoughts and prayers, they were very greatful.

Poor girl I feel so bad for her. This was supposed to make her life better. And she is having so many problems. Do you know what they do for staph infection, my mom had that but its been 10 yrs and I dont remember. Give her our love  and thanks for keeping us updated.

I do hope she stabilizes soon. Please give her my thoughts and prayers again today. I have placed her on my prayer list at my church also. So, there is another 125 prayers going out to her. Thank the Lord that the cat scan and EEG came back normal. She is probably going out of her mind worrying still over what is next. It will be better. She is in wonderful hands, so just keep the faith. God Bless. LaChelle

I'm so glad she dosn't have any residual problems with the seizures.  I am keeping her in my thoughts and prayers.Know she is in the very best hands~ they are so caring and knowledgable of what to do for her.  Please let her know we all are rooting for a speedy recovery for her. ((((hugs)))) Ellen
